Partners in Change LLC is a consulting and coaching practice to assist current and emerging leaders with collaboration, strategy and conflict management.

Patrick McNamara, Ph.D., is the Founding Partner. He has worked with corporations, universities, governments, social impact organizations, and foundations for over 30 years. Patrick has consulted with more than 300 organizations around the world.

In January 2024, Patrick was appointed to serve as Executive Director of the United States-Sri Lanka Fulbright Commission. He will not be taking on new clients of Partners in Change LLC at this time. Please check back at a later time, if you are interested.
